Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze level fees range from €2000 to €10000, as listed below. Pricing is based on exclusivity and valuable sponsorship benefits, which will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis.

Platinum Level (€10,000)

• 3 free full passport registrations
• Free exhibit booth (3×3 meters) with an exhibit table
• Logo on the ICIAP website (under Platinum Level)
• Logo on the handbook and conference proceedings (under Platinum Level)

Gold Level (€6,000)

• 2 free full passport registrations
• Free exhibit booth (2×2 meters) with an exhibit table
• Logo on the ICIAP website (under Gold Level)
• Logo on the Whova platform (under Gold Level)

Silver Level (€4,000)

• 1 free full passport registration
• Free exhibit booth (2×2 meters) with an exhibit table
• Logo on the ICIAP website (under Silver Level)
• Logo on the Whova platform (under Silver Level)

Bronze Level (€2,000)

• 1 free full passport registration
• Logo on the ICIAP website (under Bronze Level)
• Logo on the Whova platform (under Bronze Level)

We will have a few promotion items that your company can bid on. The promotional items with your company name and logo are distributed with the conference package at registration.
